Heather
Licensed in insurance since 2004 Heather brings more than two decades of experience to the leadership of the agency. As a young girl Heather wanted to become a paleontologist and hunt fossils for a living. However, while attending MSU Billings for a bachelor's degree in Public Relations she was invited to interview with a newly established business and fell in love with insurance. She is married to her high school sweetheart and they have one son. When not in the office you can find Heather doing anything and everything outdoors. From riding her horse, to kayaking, cross country skiing, hiking and yes, still rockhounding, Heather is a lover of all things Montana, including it’s friendly and generous people. Anvil Insurance was named in tribute to her father. A master blacksmith.
Mary Ann
Mary Ann is a customer service diva here at Anvil Insurance. She was born and raised in New England and went to college outside Boston graduating with a degree in Criminal Justice. She came to Montana in 1999 to work a summer in Yellowstone National Park, fell in love with the Big Sky Country and never left.
With over 30+ years in customer service, 4 of which are in insurance, I pride myself on always doing what is best for our clients. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and our two German Shepherds, gardening, traveling, telling dad jokes, and catching up with my 3 adult sons and my beautiful granddaughter.
Sarah
Hi, I'm Sarah! I'm originally from Laurel, MT and graduated from MSU-Billings with a Business Management degree where I double majored in both Management and Marketing. After college, I lived in Great Falls for 5 years where I got married and our daughter was born in 2022. I now live rurally in NE Montana where I work remotely on the Anvil Team part-time, and wrangle a toddler and baby full-time. I've worked in various customer service and financial roles throughout my professional career, and have been a licensed insurance agent for the last 2 years. I enjoy the challenge of navigating the hard market we're in and doing whatever I can to help our existing customers find the best coverage at the best premium!
Dan
Dan was born and raised in Montana and when not working enjoys Hunting, Kayaking and spending time with his family. He also enjoys traveling because he can meet new people and experience their culture, especially their food. With more than two decades of experience in the autobody repair industry he brings a wealth of knowledge to help manage customer claims expectations thru the claim and repair process.
